About Proprietary Memberships

Proprietary Membership applies to specific addresses associate with the founding of the pool in 1961. It entitles owners of these properties the right to join the pool at any time and to a waiver of administrative fees. If you own one of the properties below, please contact Membership to begin your Proprietary Membership application. Proof of ownership will be required – a tax bill, grant deed, or mortgage statement. Benefits are for the owner and are not transferable.
